2. Do you offer different types of items?
Yes. The studio offers original artworks, hand-painted vintage clothing and bags, art stickers, and handmade greeting cards. Each item is carefully crafted and is either a one-of-a-kind piece or part of a limited series.

3. Do your prices include sales tax?
No. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no sales tax is shown or charged.

6. How do I place an order, and when is it shipped?
To place an order, customers should contact the artist via the contact form, specifying which items they wish to purchase, the quantity, and any special requests. A bill will then be sent with full payment details. Once payment has been received, the order will be carefully prepared and shipped. A confirmation with tracking information will follow.

7. Do you accept different payment methods?
Yes. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or PayPal. All necessary payment details will be included in the invoice provided after order confirmation.

8. How long does shipping take?
Within the EU, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take longer, depending on customs processing and local postal services.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact the artist in advance to arrange a return or exchange. Custom-made pieces are generally excluded unless there is an issue with the item.

10. Do you provide care instructions for the artwork?
Yes. Most artworks are created using acrylic paint and gold metal leaf. To preserve their quality, artworks should not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause fading or damage over time.

11. Can your work be viewed in person?
Yes. Maria Makurat regularly participates in exhibitions, art markets, and pop-up events. Updates about upcoming appearances are shared on Instagram and via the artist’s newsletter.

12. Do you offer gift wrapping or personal notes?
